Summary

Much of the site depends on Flash components which are not text browser or screen reader accessible. Keyboard access is also an issue and really mouse use is the only realistic way of making full use of the add-ins. The text can be small in some boxes but appears to zoom well in most places - odd overlays move onto other parts of the map when highly magnified.
