Summary
The scores for VoiceThread are very low as the developers have not made their Flash version accessible. However, they have an <a href="http://voicethread.com/support/howto/Accessibility/">accessibility statement</a> and offer an HTML version called <a href="http://voicethread.com/universal/">VoiceThread Universal</a> which is very easy to use and they demonstrate the use of captions and have good help options.
